About This Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in Compensation Management, HR Tech, Pay Equity Tech, or related fields, and a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, including navigating large organizational hierarchies and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and driven to achieve results autonomously. They will also possess excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills, with experience engaging senior management and C-level stakeholders.
