Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Partner Sales Executive eager to thrive in a fast-paced, successful global Cloud Software environment. As the creator of ExFlow, SignUp has recently expanded its offerings through the acquisition of Axtension, providing an additional suite of products for the COO's office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including system integrators, ISVs, and channel partners. Engage in regular communication, training, and collaborative sales efforts.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work alongside the sales team to design and implement strategies that drive revenue and profitability. Identify new business opportunities and develop comprehensive marketing plans.
- Partner Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary tools and knowledge, including training programs and sales collateral, to effectively promote our solutions.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor partner performance and create detailed reports for the sales team and senior management, including analysis of sales data and market trends.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with partners and the customer support team to swiftly address customer issues, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Main Assignments:
- Drive the growth of SUS and partner prospects in designated territories.
- Initiate and nurture contact with customers and partner representatives.
- Showcase the SignUp Software partner program and facilitate partner onboarding.
- Schedule follow-up meetings, plan sales campaigns, and organize events tailored to partners' needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Partner Relationship Management and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with an aptitude for adaptability.
- Understanding of ERP, preferably in finance.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the IT or software industry.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
- Knowledge of accounts payable automation.
- Experience in logistics and production/project management.
- Educational background in IT, Finance, or Business Administration.
