We are looking for a highly skilled Local Procurement Business Partner to drive strategic procurement value and maximize local impact on our P&L. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, tendering, negotiating the best terms and conditions, and driving efficient contract implementation locally.

Active involvement in budgeting processes is also required to ensure procurement value is reflected in the local P&L through robust spend transparency, effective tenders, and successful contract negotiations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of procurement procedures, compliance with policies, and alignment between local business needs and the broader procurement strategy.

Requirements:
  • Five to ten years of relevant commercial experience in tactical and operational procurement
  • Experience in a global matrix-based organization and international work experience in a related industry is highly desirable
  • A higher theoretical and commercial background, equivalent to a Master's degree

We are looking for a highly adaptable and results-focused individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to planning and execution. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management within cross-functional and cross-cultural settings.
