As a Senior Business Development Executive at TN Sweden, you will be a pivotal member of our Swedish Sales team. You will handle the entire sales process, from managing targeted market areas to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Swedish Sales team. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through their journey with us, ensuring that they receive the best possible support and service. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with marketing and professional services teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT or professional services industry. You should have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from initiation to closure, and understanding local market trends. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills are also essential. Fluency in both speech and writing in English and Swedish is required.
