Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team in the Nordic region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for The MathWorks' products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Travel within the Nordic region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of professional work experience in software sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the software industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
