About the Role:
  • Familiarize yourself with our product portfolio through comprehensive trainings and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, and prospect new customers while providing exceptional service to existing customers.
  • Develop strategic plans for the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
  • Provide expert advice and training to medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations and offer clinical support in the operating room when needed.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.
  • Prepare orders for interested customers and serve as a reliable partner during order follow-up.
