Territory Manager Position

The MathWorks, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Nordic region. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Nordic region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for The MathWorks' products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Travel within the Nordic region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of professional work experience in software sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the software industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
