At Worldline, we're shaping the evolution of the payments technology industry, and we're looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.

About the Opportunity

We're strengthening our Nordic Key Account team and seeking a talented professional to take ownership of our most valuable customers and bring in new customers to the company. With our acquiring, PSP, and value-adding services, you'll deliver sales and customer growth towards our targets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure swift and effortless implementation and integration of new customers.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote our products, services, and solutions addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Drive growth through cross-selling activities to an existing customer portfolio.
  • Actively prospect and engage towards new business opportunities among prospective retailers in Sweden and the Nordics.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor products, positioning, features, and account acquisition strategies.
  • Become a professional in payments and drive leadership in payments.

  • Have deep knowledge about our clients' organizations and how effective decisions are made.
  • Have shown and proven engagement with Executive management.
  • Be a skilled negotiator and strong communicator.
  • Be focused and able to deliver work in a structured and organized way.
  • Have previous experience in the payment/FinTech industry and be passionate about the industry and eager to deepen your knowledge.
  • Be willing to travel, mainly in Europe.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple stakeholders, priorities, and fast decision-making.
  • Have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Have minimum 5 years of proven experience within Sales, negotiating contracts, and guided implementation.
  • Have excellent skills in oral and written presentation in English and in Swedish (any additional Nordic language could be beneficial).
  • Be able to analyze data combined with in-market understanding and develop and communicate results, ideas, and strategies.
