Key Account Manager for Mission Critical Networks
Ericsson is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Mission Critical Networks team in Northern & Central Europe. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, establishing market leadership in key verticals, and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Position Ericsson as a thought leader in the Mission Critical Networks market
- Generate profitable sales and develop long-term business relationships
- Work closely with the MELA MCN Business Development expert team to identify and secure business opportunities
- Create and improve customer relationships
- Apply Go-to-Market models and competitive commercial models and strategies
- Lead the KAM team to delight Mission Critical Networks customers and offer best-in-class solutions
- Drive negotiation in private and public procurement scenarios
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience in relationship sales within the ICT industry and/or MCN segment
- Strong understanding of the reference industries (Railway, Utilities, Public Safety, Defense) and their communication needs
- Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
- Excellence in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Cultural awareness and capability to work across different geographies
- Leadership and change management skills
- Integrity and business ethic
- Ability to enable teamwork and collaboration

The role will be based in Sweden.
