Business Development Manager Mission Critical Networks

About the Job
Ericsson is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Mission Critical Networks team in Northern and Central Europe.
This role focuses on identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, establishing market leadership in key verticals, and driving profitable growth in the region.
Responsibilities
- Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader in the MCN market
- Grow our business and build strong customer relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales engagements and customer satisfaction
- Orchestrate sales efforts across Northern and Central Europe and secure a coordinated effort with MELA MCN Business Development expert team
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience in relationship sales within the ICT industry and/or MCN segment
- Strong understanding of the reference industries and their communication needs
- Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Cultural awareness and ability to work across different geographies
- Leadership and change management skills
- Integrity and business ethics
- Ability to enable teamwork and collaboration
