Drive Operational Excellence in Critical Care Manufacturing

Maquet Critical Care AB is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lean Leader to spearhead operational excellence initiatives in our critical care manufacturing facility. With a strong focus on productivity, cost reduction, and process optimization, this role will be instrumental in driving business growth and improvement.
About the RoleThis full-time position will be based in Solna, Sweden, and will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations for Critical Care. As a key member of the operations team, you will work closely with production managers, team leaders, and operators to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, experience in training and coaching others, and strong leadership skills. Additionally, proficiency in Swedish and English is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Coach and train employees on Lean methodologies and tools to drive cultural change
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
- Analyze data to measure project effectiveness and make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of implementing successful Lean initiatives in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
