About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Mission Critical Networks team in Northern Europe. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, establishing market leadership in key verticals, and driving profitable growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader in the region, growing our business and building strong customer relationships.
  • Generate profitable sales and develop long-term business in the area of Mission Critical Networks.
  • Work closely with the MELA MCN Business Development expert team to identify and secure short-mid-long term business opportunities for profitable growth.
  • Create and improve customer relationships, applying Go-to-Market models and competitive commercial models and strategies.
  • Lead with integrity the KAM team to delight Mission Critical Networks customers and offer best-in-class solutions.
  • Drive negotiation in both private and public procurement scenarios.

Requirements

  • Education: Master of Business Administration, Master of Science, or similar.
  • 8+ years of validated experience in relationship sales within the ICT industry and/or MCN segment.
  • Strong understanding of the reference industries (Railway, Utilities, Public Safety, Defense) and their communication needs.
  • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding.
  • Excellence at problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Cultural awareness and capability to work across different geographies.
  • Leadership and change management skills.
