German Business Development Manager

We are looking for a talented German Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Teamtailor.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Generate new sales and business to meet your monthly quota
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Utilize cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge
- Contribute to the creation of a go-to-market strategy for the DACH markets
