Business Development Manager - Digital Advertising

Verve is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives, collaborate with internal teams, and conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and present the value of Verve's solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from prospect to client
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and present the value of Verve's solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the clients
  • Track and report on sales performance, activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasting
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales in Media Agency, Digital Advertising, or AdTech
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to sell at C-level
  • Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English are mandatory (Norwegian or Danish is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent working experience
