Position Overview

The Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager, Advertiser Solutions, Nordics, will play a pivotal role in supporting existing agency partnerships, with a primary focus on fostering and advancing PubMatic's PMP adoption within agencies.

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of our products, inventory, and audience segments available through PubMatic's publisher and data partner network, enabling proactive and reactive support to our agency teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating and leveraging relationships within agencies to promote and drive PMP adoption.
  • Analyzing and responding to 'deal' briefs from buyers, creating tailored packages that align with their specifications.
  • Articulating PMP requirements and collaborating with Ad Solutions, Client Services, and publisher teams across the Central and Nordic regions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales, planning, trading, or investment roles within a publisher, advertising agency, or programmatic technology company (such as SSP, DSP, or Data Provider).
  • Profound understanding of the programmatic landscape.
  • Established relationships within holding companies.
  • Experience in directly supporting either supply or demand-side clients (including publishers, agencies, brands, and DSPs) as well as internal teams covering Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Swedish is mandatory.

Team Collaboration: To excel as a Manager of Advertiser Solutions, collaboration with key stakeholders is essential:

  • The Central and Nordics Ad Solutions team to understand their buyer portfolio and media planning needs.
  • The EMEA Audience Encore team to gain insights into audience segments provided by our data partners and ensure relevant segments are prioritized for onboarding and promotion.
  • The EMEA Customer Success team to understand our publisher portfolio and ensure relevant inventory is effectively packaged and promoted.
  • The EMEA Pub Dev team to serve as a resource for the publisher development team, ensuring focus on securing the most in-demand publisher portfolio.
  • The CSOM team to review package performance and leverage insights for future offerings.
