Senior Solutions Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Sales Executive to join our team at Workiva. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Nordics region.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through collaboration with Inside Sales, Solution Sales experts, and Partnerships.
- Conduct needs analysis and deliver compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform to customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure sales and drive customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular pipeline analysis and forecast sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with Workiva products and solutions through ongoing training and professional development.
- 6+ years of experience in a related role, such as enterprise technology or complex solution sales.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
- Working knowledge of the GRC and audit space, or experience selling GRC solutions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business challenges.
- Executive presence and ability to communicate at the most senior level.
- Fluency in English required; additional fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience navigating and delivering sales success across large, enterprise organizations.
- Up to 30% travel for regular customer meetings and events.
- Reliable internet access required for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office.
