Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Institutional Clients

Nuveen, the investment management arm of TIAA, is seeking a seasoned sales executive to join our Nordic team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in Sweden, driving new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key client relationships at a senior level to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to cross-sell to existing clients and drive new revenue growth.
  • Lead client and prospect meetings, engagement activities, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive new business opportunities and solve complex client issues.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on asset management.
  • Proven track record in institutional sales, with experience in alternatives and traditional asset classes.
  • Established network of key decision-makers within relevant institutions in the Nordic region.
  • Excellent sales skills, with the ability to close business and build strong working partnerships.
