Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior sales executive to play a key leadership role in the continued growth and development of Northern Trust Asset Management's Institutional business in the Nordics, based out of Stockholm. This role will help define, scope, and execute our strategic plan for the region, embedded into our overall EMEA and Global plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a growth strategy to meet predetermined revenue targets in the Nordics market.
- Collaborate with international distribution, product, and investment teams to develop capabilities in line with client and market demand.
- Participate in developing the division's strategic plan and set goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit.
- Work closely with Global Institutional Client Group management and Head of Sales EMEA to set strategy and execute.
- Provide strategic input to managing existing clients and help formulate sales strategies to grow their business.
- Collaborate with various teams across Northern Trust, including Marketing, Family Office, and Asset Servicing.
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's in Business Administration, and/or CFA preferred.
- Years of experience in product Sales & Relationship Management experience to Nordics Institutional Asset Owners and financial intermediaries.
- Strong knowledge in Quantitative Active strategies and relationships with Index and/or Alternatives.
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
- Exceptional collaborator and team-minded professional.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and/or navigate through complexity and drive innovation.
- Results Orientation - Rigorously holding oneself and others accountable for achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance.
