We're MARKT-PILOT, a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing the manufacturing industry. We're seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team and help drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing a client book, proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction, and continuously hunting and closing new business.

Your Mission:
  1. Develop a deep understanding of our industry and customer needs.
  2. Collaborate with our Business Development, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to develop sales strategies and meet sales goals.
  3. Present our software value to prospective buyers and walk them through the sales process.
  4. Follow up with prospects to ensure their needs are met.
  5. Compile and analyze data to identify trends.
  6. Maintain an accurate database of contact information.
  7. Build long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments.

Your Skills:
  1. 4+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B SaaS context.
  2. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  3. Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while hunting for new opportunities.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Results-driven with a sense of urgency.
  6. Familiarity with the OEM landscape in the Nordics is a plus.
  7. Enthusiastic and passionate personality with a commitment to grow with the company.
  8. Self-driven and proactive with outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  9. Native in one of the Nordic languages and proficient in Business English.
