About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to seek out and engage customer prospects who require dedicated teams for creating winning digital products. You'll provide complete and tailored solutions to drive top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability, focusing exclusively on IT staffing and team augmentation services.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify leads through cold-calling, networking, events, and other sources, developing relationships with C-level executives within targeted markets and sectors;
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and closing process, serving as the single point of contact;
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities;
  • Ensure customers' orders are fulfilled with the required talent;
  • Forecast business and manage the gap between forecast and target;
  • Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability;
  • Maintain high visibility and communication with the customer to ensure exceptional customer service;
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in selling IT staffing / body leasing services is mandatory;
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in sales, consulting, and/or the resources industry, where relevant expertise has been developed through consulting engagements focused on finance, banking, or governance;
  • Fluency (C1/C2) in any Scandinavian Language and English is a must;
  • Proven track record in achieving annual sales of at least $2MM;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to recognize opportunities for improvement;
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals ranging from $250K to $5M+
  • Proficiency managing all sales opportunities, pipeline activity, and account activity in CRM;
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs;
  • Ability to travel within Scandinavia/Baltics as required.
