Multilingual Customer Experience Representative

Grow-Talent.com collaborates with a leading BPO company in Barcelona, seeking an accomplished Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative for their on-site team.
Overview:
- We provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts.
- Address user needs efficiently and escalate potential issues to senior team members as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of services and products tailored to individual customer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record call details in the call management system to ensure timely responses and resolutions within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products, particularly those designed for individual customer needs.
- Adhere to project processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs.
- Collaborate with the team on specific projects when requested and participate in regular team meetings.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management to ensure continued service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native/Fluent Swedish speaker with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably technical support.
- Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music, and audiovisual products.
- Strong ability to work in a customer service environment with excellent customer care skills.
- Capable of taking ownership of calls and progressing them to resolution or escalating when necessary.
