We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Service & Solution Lead to join our team at Sigenergy.

Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
The Renewable Energy Service & Solution Lead will be responsible for supporting our customers throughout the installation, maintenance, and repair of our devices. This includes:
- Planning and controlling service activities
- Providing fast and uncomplicated assistance to customers via phone and email
- Carrying out repairs on site or supporting installers during initial commissioning
Customer Care:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to identify and resolve potential problems professionally. They will also be responsible for communicating directly with customers and monitoring their satisfaction levels.
Organising Training Events:
The Renewable Energy Service & Solution Lead will plan and lead training sessions for employees, customers, and partners both online and face-to-face. Topics may include installation, maintenance, safety guidelines, and technical aspects of storage systems and inverters.
Monitoring and Reporting:
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance, analysing ongoing processes, and preparing reports on service department activities. They will also share these reports with their supervisor.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the PV solar & ESS industry, with a focus on solution design and project management
- Strong technical knowledge of PV solar & ESS systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
- Proven experience in customer care, service strategy development, and technical support
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German or Chinese is a plus
