Job Summary

We are seeking a Complex Sales Executive - Enterprise Software to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in the defence sector.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in the defence sector. You will work closely with our global aerospace and defence team to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the defence sector.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Foster strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our global aerospace and defence team, as well as other cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, particularly in the defence sector. You should have a strong understanding of the aerospace and defence industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Success in Enterprise Software Sales: Proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions, particularly in the defence sector.
  • Strong Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the aerospace and defence industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
