Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on the Aerospace and Defence sector. This role offers a unique chance to drive revenue growth from license and maintenance sales, lead complex sales pursuits, and nurture existing business partnerships.
About IFS: As a leading global supplier of enterprise software for the A&D market, we provide innovative solutions for aerospace and defence manufacturing, commercial aviation, defence, fleet and asset management, military logistics, services, and performance-based logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute key account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from customer engagement to RFI/RFP processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
- Cultivate relationships with executive-level decision-makers and foster strong partnerships within the defence supply chain community.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in enterprise sales at C-level with clients >1B revenue.
- Extensive experience selling large complex business software, preferably in the defence or government sector.
- Demonstrated success in lengthy sales campaigns, driving value-based outcomes for clients.
- Strong knowledge of the Aerospace & Defence industry, with excellent oral and written presentation skills.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
