Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate client relationships, onboard new clients, and promote account activity
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop custom B2B offers and ensure a high-quality experience for clients
- Analyze data to inform account management strategies and drive growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management within B2B or enterprise fields
- Strong sales skills, including identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Excellent analytical ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Fluent in English and Swedish, with excellent communication and presentation skills
