Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate client relationships, onboard new clients, and promote account activity
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop custom B2B offers and ensure a high-quality experience for clients
  • Analyze data to inform account management strategies and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management within B2B or enterprise fields
  • Strong sales skills, including identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Excellent analytical ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, with excellent communication and presentation skills
