Sales Commission Process Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Commissions Manager to join our dynamic team at Sinch. This role will focus on designing, optimizing, and coordinating end-to-end sales commission processes from quota setting to commission pay-out. As a key member of our Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective sales commission management.
Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize sales commissioning E2E processes to ensure efficient and accurate calculation and payment of commissions.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to harmonize and optimize sales commission frameworks and processes.
- Work closely with RevOps and FP&A teams to create data-driven frameworks for sales commission calculations.
- Develop and maintain global governance frameworks, approval processes, and compliance procedures for sales commissions.
- Evaluate and improve sales commissioning processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- 7+ years of experience in sales commission management, FP&A, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with expertise in sales compensation and commission principles.
- A high attention to detail and ability to analyze complex issues and propose creative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate sophisticated information clearly and effectively.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $150,000, depending on location and experience. Sinch offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
