Sales Manager for Central Inside Sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Central Inside Sales team in Nordics, focusing on small and micro customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, CRM software, and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer and guide the inside sales representatives team
- Coach and set up training for the Inside Sales Team members
- Support in setting sales targets, track operational KPIs, and monitor daily operations
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process and Sales Quality
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
- Build an open-communication environment for your Inside Sales Business Partner
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Requirements
- 2 years of previous working experience as an Inside Sales Manager
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (SalesForce or similar) and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team in a hybrid office setting with distributed team members
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
- Willingness to travel within Europe
