We maintain a 'remote-first' approach, allowing our team members to work from anywhere. However, we regularly meet in our central Stockholm office to foster a strong team dynamic and valuable in-person interactions.

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our sales department in the Nordics as a Senior Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in direct B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling high-ticket, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and generating sales with top e-commerce brands in the region. They will also collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success and contribute to strategic market positioning in the Nordics.
Responsibilities
- Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with top e-commerce brands in the region;
- Directly engage with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side;

- Contribute to strategic market positioning in the Nordics;
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and acquire new business;
- Maintain and elevate client relationships at all business levels;
- Participate in major industry events;
Requirements
- Years of seasoned experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, with demonstrated success in selling high-ticket, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations;
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, ideally paired with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry;
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions;
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (C1 or above), other Scandinavian languages are a plus;
- Recognized as a thought leader in online advertising, e-commerce, and/or performance marketing industries, capable of building a vision with prospects and establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level.
