About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our sales department in the Nordics as a Senior Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in direct B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling high-ticket, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and generating sales with top e-commerce brands in the region. They will also collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success and contribute to strategic market positioning in the Nordics.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with top e-commerce brands in the region;
  2. Directly engage with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side;
  3. Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success;
  4. Contribute to strategic market positioning in the Nordics;
  5. Develop strategies to meet client needs and acquire new business;
  6. Maintain and elevate client relationships at all business levels;
  7. Participate in major industry events;

Requirements

  1. Years of seasoned experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, with demonstrated success in selling high-ticket, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations;
  2. Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, ideally paired with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry;
  3. Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions;
  4. Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude;
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (C1 or above), other Scandinavian languages are a plus;
  6. Recognized as a thought leader in online advertising, e-commerce, and/or performance marketing industries, capable of building a vision with prospects and establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level.
