Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to expand Wolt's customer base by establishing strong relationships with existing and new clients across three key segments: Restaurants, small shops, and larger retail stores. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth for Wolt and increasing offerings on the platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the core segments, fostering long-term relationships with potential partners.
  • Territory Management: Travel to different cities in the region to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential partners.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage your pipeline, ensuring that all leads are pursued and prioritized to meet sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Key Account Managers to provide support to partners, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to be successful in their partnership with Wolt.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales metrics to gain insights into performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or B2C restaurant sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • New Business Development Skills: Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experienced negotiator able to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to work with data to inform sales decisions and strategically select venues for the Wolt platform.
  • Pipeline Management: Proven ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in both Swedish and English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
