Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Unit4. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our ERP Financial and HCM solutions to new business prospects in the medium enterprise market. Your focus will be on our Professional Services Organisations vertical.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a sales strategy to win new business license sales revenue in line with specific targets, taking ownership of a specific vertical.
- Qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required.
- Drive complex sales cycles, orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value engineering, professional services, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors using consultative selling skills.
- Conduct presentations to C-level executives and key decision makers, focusing on the Office of the CFO.
- Determine and highlight business benefits that will be achieved by investing in our solutions.
- Utilise MS Dynamics to track and update sales activity.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies used by Unit4 and changes in the sector.
- Net new logo hunters with a background in selling complex SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling ERP or financial solutions is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Professional Service Organisations sector is an advantage.
- An excellent understanding of business processes.
- A lively and enthusiastic personality, which you transfer onto your colleagues.
- A true negotiator, keeping your and your client's needs and wants in mind.
- Individual Contributor with leadership qualities and a team player with a solution sales mindset.
- Mentor and guide sales teams as a subject matter expert.
- Maintain Executive Presence by representing Unit4 at analyst meetings and key trade shows.
- Experience selling to CxO suite.
