About the Role

The Senior Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across Europe by expanding Trustly's gambling merchant base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex B2B sales and/or business development, preferably in the payments industry for online gambling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract execution
  • Establish a strong pipeline of gambling operator opportunities across European markets
  • Work closely with the Integration team to ensure seamless implementation and go-live
  • Drive high sales activity output and collaborate with internal teams to achieve revenue growth
  • Participate in industry marketing activities and establish Trustly as a market leader

About the Team

The Gaming Sales team is a key contributor to Trustly's success, and the Senior Sales Manager will report directly to the VP Gaming. The team is responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to supporting merchants go live with Trustly. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales.
