Aerospace Sales Director for Nordics Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Sales Director to drive our expansion in the Nordics region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach existing and new clients.
- To work closely with our regional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- To analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- To manage a portfolio of high-value clients and generate new leads through networking and business development activities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the Nordics region.
- Local language and English language skills at an effective operational command.
- Knowledge of the local market and aviation industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer service skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
