Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Director to lead our Nordic market expansion strategy and drive sustainable growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing regional business plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Promoting our lighting brands in the Nordic market and increasing market share.
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with our VP Sales for the Region to further develop and coordinate the implementation of our global sales strategy.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A proven track record of growing businesses through strategic leadership and execution.
  • Strong senior leadership skills with a focus on people development and culture.
  • Clear experience within the lighting industry or similar, with extensive knowledge of the Nordic market.
  • Fluent English and Swedish language skills.
  • Experience working with change management and driving transformational change.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately 120,000 - 150,000 SEK per year, based on location and experience. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
