Senior Sales Executive

Trustly is a leading provider of human-centric payment solutions. We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our Gaming Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Europe by expanding our merchant base in the gambling industry. This role requires a strong understanding of complex B2B sales and business development, preferably in the payments space.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution
- Develop a strong pipeline of gambling operator opportunities across European markets
- Work closely with the Integration team to ensure seamless implementation of our services
- Drive high sales activity output and achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the Gaming Account Management and Partnership teams to distribute our value proposition and drive sales activity
- Participate in industry marketing activities, including conferences and external events
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in complex B2B sales and business development, preferably in payments
- Strong ownership mentality and willingness to see opportunities through to completion
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to discuss CXO-level discussions
- Superb verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably another European language
