Senior Sales Executive

MARKT-PILOT is a fast-growing SaaS Scale Up revolutionizing the OEM industry. We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to power up our sales team in the Nordic region. As a key player in our transformative growth journey, you'll drive revenue growth and build long-lasting relationships with OEM clients.
Your Mission
- Immerse quickly in MARKT-PILOT's industry to understand customer language.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success, and Leadership to develop sales strategies and meet sales goals.
- Walk customers through the sales process, answer questions, and demonstrate how MARKT-PILOT can fulfill their industry needs.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our software to prospective buyers.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Compile and analyze data to find trends.
- Maintain and update an accurate database of contact information.
- Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
Your Skills
- 4+ years proven sales experience as a Senior Account Executive in a B2B SaaS context.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while hunting for new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with the OEM landscape in the Nordics, with manufacturing and aftermarket knowledge a plus.
- Enthusiastic and passionate personality, with a commitment to grow with the company and fully embrace the start-up mentality.
- Self-driven and proactive, persuasive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy with an independent workstyle.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Business-oriented mentality.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM software, with HubSpot preferred.
- Native in one of the Nordic languages and proficient in Business English.
