Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial activities in selected regions, preparing and executing regional business plans, and working actively with Erbe's total product offering in surgery, endoscopy, urology, gynecology, and interventional pulmonology.
  • Achieve assigned annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement differentiated sales strategies based on market understanding.
  • Perform product demonstrations and other sales and marketing activities.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and follow up closely.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans and marketing activities.
  • Provide customer support, including product training.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team, consisting of three regional account managers, and be responsible for intercommunication, technical service, and office administration.
  • Arrange working weeks efficiently, considering domestic travel.

Requirements

  • Formal medical/science training or extensive experience from similar positions.
  • Experience in medical device sales, preferably in surgery at multinational companies.
  • Ability to challenge customers with new technology and products.
  • Passionate, result-oriented, and reliable individual.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to find new opportunities and develop existing customers.
  • Confident representation of Erbe Sweden at congresses, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Experience in training and educating customers on products and methods.
  • Fluent Swedish and proficient English, especially in clinical medical terminology.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Driver's license B.
