Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities and applications with existing and new customers.
- Provide technical differentiation and lead opportunity development for applications at existing and new customers.
- Develop technical differentiation versus other gas suppliers to maximize value capture for Linde and customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with original equipment manufacturers and other external bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturing industry markets, trends, drivers, and challenges to identify opportunities for growth.
- High level of industry-specific technology-focused knowledge and credibility.
- Good knowledge of processes like laser cutting, plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, TIG welding, MIG/MAG welding, laser welding, and surface and heat treatment.
- Proven ability to win technically led application sales and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Strong commercial skills and business acumen, with selling and negotiating experience.
- Excellent customer relationship management and customer development skills.
- Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.
- Personal effectiveness, including good time management and self-motivation.
- High level of personal integrity.
