About the Role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Nordic and Baltic regions, as well as the Netherlands. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned region
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Assess and evaluate partner performance and provide guidance and support to improve sales performance
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  5. Provide regular feedback to the Sales Director Europe on sales performance and market trends
Requirements
  1. Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in the Nordic and Baltic regions
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Strong commercial acumen and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  5. Fluent English language skills, as well as local language skills in the regions you will be covering
