Are you ready to take on a challenging role in a global company? Sandvik Coromant is seeking a Channel Manager to develop profitable sales growth in our Nordic markets.

This position involves developing existing sales channels and identifying new ones to drive sales growth. You will work closely with our Regional Sales Manager and Account Manager to implement the global channel strategy in local markets. Your mission is to execute our strategy and Sales Cluster tactics within identified sales channels, manage and control our local sales channel strategy, and develop business relations with channel partners.

The location for this position is flexible within our Nordic sales cluster, and you will require extensive travel within the area and in other sales regions.

We are looking for someone with a degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, economics, or a related field. You should have experience in managing customer relationships, ideally via distributors, and knowledge of channel marketing. You should also be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, and have a current driver's license valid for the assigned territory.

Your personality and understanding of our industry, customer needs, and reality, combined with strong stakeholder management skills, will enable you to effectively motivate and inspire people around you. Being fact-driven, data-driven, and diplomatic are essential features in this role.
