Fleet Mobility Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Fleet Mobility initiatives across the Nordic countries. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers (KAM) to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our relationships with fleet customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Strategic Sales Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Fleet Mobility sector in the Nordic markets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve market positioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or fleet industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is a significant advantage.
