About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Snap Inc. in Copenhagen. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team in driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop dashboards and reporting tools to drive operational business impact and share insights with sellers and clients.
  • Gather and analyze information to develop and communicate recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Drive cross-functional projects with Sales, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, and Product teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the Swedish and Norwegian Sales team with ad-hoc operational tasks, such as one-off analyses, client presentations, and creation of insights.
Requirements
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and spreadsheet skills (MS Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Social media know-how, mobile apps, and/or digital/mobile marketing experience.
  • Ability to rapidly run ad-hoc reports and organize output effectively in spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and someone who feels comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented person with a high sense of urgency and good organizational/project managing skills.
  • Self-directed and proactive individual.
Qualifications
  • Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelor's degree, or in your final year going on to study a master's, graduating in 2025. High school or college diploma or equivalent.
