Sales Operations Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a driven and inquisitive individual for the role of Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and design analytical dashboards and reporting tools to assess operational effectiveness, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Collect and interpret data to formulate actionable recommendations.
- Lead collaborative projects across Sales, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, and Product divisions.
- Assist the Sales teams with various operational tasks, including data analysis, client presentations, and insight generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in spreadsheet software (MS Excel or Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, mobile applications, and digital marketing.
- Capability to produce ad hoc reports and organize findings effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort in engaging with diverse organizational levels.
- Proficient in multitasking, creative thinking, and rapid learning in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
Educational Background: Candidates should be in their penultimate year of a bachelor’s program or in their final year transitioning to a master’s program, with an expected graduation in 2025. A high school diploma or equivalent is also acceptable.
