The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to lead our Central Inside Sales activities in the Nordics, focusing on small and micro customers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for steering the Inside Sales Team in Sofia, Bulgaria to drive continuous expansion of new and existing customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Steer and guide the inside sales representatives team to achieve sales targets and monitor daily operations.
  • Coach and set up training for Inside Sales Team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Support in setting sales targets, track operational KPIs, and monitor daily operations to ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process and Sales Quality to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines and ensure brand consistency across Europe.
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements to drive business growth.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 2 years of previous working experience as an Inside Sales Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (SalesForce or similar) and MS Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills to lead a hybrid office setting with distributed team members.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed and grow with the company.
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similar relevant field.
