Job Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to take charge of sales management and revenue growth for the Central Inside Sales activities in the Nordics region. This role involves overseeing the Inside Sales Team in Sofia, Bulgaria to drive continuous expansion of new and existing customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer and guide the inside sales representatives team
  • Coach and set up training for the Inside Sales Team members
  • Support in setting sales targets, track operational KPIs, and monitor daily operations
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process and Sales Quality
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for your Inside Sales Business Partner
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Coordinate employee life-cycle within IT Systems and Access Rights for Worldline IT Infrastructure

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2 years of previous working experience as an Inside Sales Manager
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (SalesForce or similar) and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team in a hybrid office setting with distributed team members
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
