Head of Nordic Sales and Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Head of Nordic Sales and Business Development to join our Exotec team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for establishing and developing strong partnerships with recognized logistic solution integrators in the Nordics.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will act as an ambassador for Exotec, promoting our products to partners and supporting them during the presale phase. You will also evaluate and prioritize business opportunities to maximize the visibility of our products and support market penetration in the region.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key logistics solution providers in the Nordics.
- Promote Exotec Products: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing product information and support.
- Business Opportunity Evaluation: Assess potential business opportunities and prioritize them based on their alignment with company goals.
- Market Penetration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that increase market share and drive revenue growth in the Nordics.
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the warehouse automation industry.
- Nordic Market Expertise: At least 5 years of working experience in the Nordic countries, including knowledge of local market trends and regulations.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
- Linguistic Skills: Native level in German and fluency in English.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the warehouse automation industry and its applications in the Nordics.
We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated at €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
