About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Motorola Nordics team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Nordic B2B smartphone market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth in partnership with our Lenovo PC team.
  • Lead partnership creation and development with key corporate accounts, anticipating future customer needs and managing the business development pipeline.
  • Manage device sales and support resources directly or indirectly in development of advanced solution selling concepts.
  • Provide hands-on inspirational leadership to ensure the business aligns with targets and goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the technology hardware industry, with exposure to high-volume sales.
  • Understanding of IT systems, IT industry players, and local market knowledge.
  • Knowledge of large-scale relationship management with large corporate businesses and ability to formulate, negotiate, and close complex deals.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
