Business Development Lead

About the Role
Verve Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to spearhead our Nordics-focused business vertical. This is a hybrid position that requires three days per week in our Stockholm office.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong client network within the Nordics region
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies
- Collaborate closely with our Client Success Managers to convert prospects into clients and foster lasting relationships
- Apply exceptional communication and presentation skills to drive business results
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Adtech or Digital Media
- Fluency in English and Swedish, with Norwegian or Danish as a plus
- A proven track record of sales success, with experience in selling at the C-level
- Excellent business presentation skills, including both verbal and written communication
