About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at PAIR Finance GmbH. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Swedish market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Swedish market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to the management team
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the fintech industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and inform business decisions
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
