Luxury Retail Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Retail Business Development Manager to join our team at Cartier.
Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading business development for the boutique, creating and developing relationships through all client interactions. This includes:
- Developing and executing the boutique client development vision via the Boutique Commercial Action Plan
- Leading the development of excellent client relationships by creating and celebrating memorable moments for our clients and boutique visitors
- Driving sales and care service team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPI's
- Mastery of strong knowledge of the boutique business and assessment of local market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective sales strategy
- Partnership with Management Team to develop effective client strategies to ensure the development of genuine client relationships resulting in increased business opportunities
- Strategizing and developing networking activities for the boutique team
- Development and execution of strategic events to enhance the client experience in and out of the boutique
In addition, the successful candidate will:
- Partner with Regional and corporate partners to ensure boutique success
- Lead and delegate boutique projects to Management Team as needed (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly inventories, audit preparation, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze controllable costs to optimize expenses
- Actively recruit and maintain talent pipeline in & out of the boutique
- Implement coaching and training plan in partnership with Management Team and corporate partners
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7-10 years of management experience, especially in luxury retail or hospitality
- Required experience in managing direct reports
- Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a united work environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit to develop their own business and build long-lasting client relationships
- Creativity in developing new ways to motivate and develop a team
We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
