Job Description

This is a key role within MAC where you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales advisors to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and maintain store operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and schedule optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and drive business results.
  • Maintain a positive and inspiring work environment that fosters employee development and well-being.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty sector, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as experience with POS systems.

Salary:

We estimate the salary for this role to be around €60,000-€80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
